It's a weight-loss revolution. Ten pounds in a week. What would you pay for those kind of results?
$100? $200? $500?
The secret to this amazing transformation is available to everyone, and it can be yours absolutely FREE!!!
So, what is this unbelievable weight-loss tool?
The stomach flu!
No more to say. I contracted the stomach flu and suffered through Thursday and Friday. I didn't eat anything for at least 36 hours. The pounds melted off.
On Friday morning, one week since the start of the program, I got on the scale and had dropped 10 pounds, from 252 to 242. Most of that was due to my lack of food and the dehydration that came with the flu, and I'm sure this morning, I was back up a couple of pounds. With that said, the bottom line is that if I didn't contract the flu, I would have lost a couple of pounds anyway, so I'm proud of myself.
Needless to say, my illness was the reason I've been out of pocket the last couple of days. I apologize for my absence.
Back to the plan. Let me know if you're interested in that Stomach Flu Weight-Loss Plan. It's still going through my house, so I can probably hook you up!
Also, don't forget to read the comments below the posts. This is your feedback about the program, so be sure to read what your fellow 10 in 10'ers are doing to get healthy!

I don't believe I'm ready for that diet yet.:) Glad you're feeling better.
Way to go Doug! As I quoted to you yesterday, "I'm just one more stomach flu away from my goal weight!" (The Devil Wears Prada) but seriously, way to go! I lost 4 lbs by playing with my Wii and just not eating junk food. I hope to keep it up until the weather gets better and then move it outside! It really helps to have you and everyone else supporting me. I appreciate your wit and good humor and I hope that we can all sustain ourselves and meet our goals by 10/10/10!
Doug, I sure would love some of these Anonymous people to give themselves a name. I haven't seen anything that would indicate people should hide their identity. With names, we all can empathize with each other. For instance, the person with diabeties. I was diagnosed with diabetes 2 years ago which is what has motivated me to drop from 265 to where I am now. Perhaps I should feel some shame but I'm rather proud of the weight I've lost. I'm happy to give a name so people can ask questions or respond to me.
Thanks for providing this blog. I think it will be a great aid to our EBD community.
My husband and I are following you - we have lost 6 lbs each since last week. No stomach flu tho....
Glad you are feeling better.
Drink lots of water. Give up soda, both diet or "regular" and sweet tea. You will feel and see a difference pretty quickly.
Don't waste calories with what you drink.
Happy to hear you are feeling better, too! Thanks for taking on this challenge! Anyone ever heard of penza.com? Learned about it in a workshop today...one of the presenters uses it as a fitness/eating journal. Think I will try it. Have always been terrifed to actually commit to writing what I eat and do...oooohh, yech. However, your blog has been inspiring Doug...so here I go! Looking forward to a more healthy 2010...
Sorry, all. The journaling website address is penzu.com (ok, it was late and I didn't have my reading glasses on...)
