My new diet plan, that is.
If you haven't yet, go read my last post about what I have done to change my diet. It has really gotten me motivated and, I have to say, I'm doing really good!
My weight yesterday (Monday) morning - 235!
I started two weeks ago at 242, so I've lost 7 pounds in two weeks. I won't weigh again for a couple of days.
Give it a try. All I am doing is what I said in that post. I've given up some vices, and my calorie intake and how I feel are both improved!
