Three Day Weekends

Are absolutely fantastic, especially with great weather in January!

However, I found the last three days difficult to maintain my healthy path. I think it's mainly because of the relaxation that comes with a long weekend. It's easy to let your guard down.

I didn't do terrible this weekend, but I wasn't great either. I ate out a couple of times and cooked a large dinner Sunday. Tried to drink plenty of water, and I did work outside some, so I was up and moving, but I did not do any "true exercise program".

Back on the path today. Brought a healthier lunch and I might go on a short walk during my lunch break today since it's pretty mild outside (if the rain holds off).
