No news is good news

I'm just doing my thing. I did get on the scale a couple of days ago, and I'm steady at 239, so I'm 13 pounds down so far. We are almost halfway through this little adventure, and I'm more than halfway through my weight-loss, so that's good.

Did a lot of yard work on Sunday, and went for a walk with my daughter last night. Tonight, I think it's time to lace up the high-tops and shoot some hoops. That's the one "exercise" that not only burns some calories, but it clears my head as well. An hour of shooting and I'm stress-free.
