My weight this morning ... 233 ... So I'm down another pound from my last post, but that still leaves me six pounds to lose and only about 10 days to lose. That means the odds are not necessarily in my favor. Six pounds in 10 days would probably have to be considered "unhealthy" weight loss, as I would need to cut my calorie intake to a insanely low level to make that kind of move, or sweat off six pounds of water.
Does that mean I'm giving up. No way! I'm just going to continue doing what I've been doing, which is eat healthier and go for my walk and we'll see where I end up.
I'm going to do my best to make this goal, but remember, this is a lifestyle change, not a crash diet to "make weight". If I'm going to continue this plan, even after Oct. 10, then I must do it the right way!
I hope all of you are close as well. Got a great comment on my last post that everyone should read. One of our members has lost 46 lbs. so far! Fantastic!
