I have been on track so far with my exercise routine. last week i had 13.5 miles, 5 hrs and 10 minutes of run/walk on my treadmill.
Now this week is the big test. I am cutting calories. While I was a great fan of Atkins, and I could in times pasy loose weight whenever I wanted it is not so easy anymore. I took a few days and ate as normal counted my calories and I was eating 2000-2400 calories a day almost everyday. I am attempting to cut them down to 1400-1500 calories a day. Today was 1st day and I feel and faint.
I have not attempted to look at the scale I was thing to wait until after 60 days because I do not want to get discouraged. This is about a lifestyle change... aav
