I just finished my 300 calorie Healthy Choice lunch, which wasn't too bad considering.
I've been good this week so far. Last night, I enjoyed some baked chicken and veggies with my family. For lunch, I been eating smaller portions of healthier foods. I've even cut out the sodas.
However, I still can't get past the candy bowl here in the office!
