The 10 in 10 program officially ends on Oct. 10, 2010. That's just a couple of weeks away.
This morning on my scale at home, I weighed 234 pounds. I started the program at 252 pounds.
So, to lose my 10% and meet the goal, I need to lose seven more pounds before Oct. 10. That's a big task, but I'm trying. The good news is that even though I haven't lost too much weight over the last couple of weeks (maybe a pound or so), I have really done a better job of controlling WHAT I eat. I am making much healthier choices, and if that's the only thing I gain from this, then I have to consider it a huge success.
Good luck to all of you who are still trying to meet your goal. You can do it, one pound at a time!

Thanks for the encouragement. Already lost my 10%, but not quitting, yet. Been on my food plan since Feb. and have lost 46 lbs. Slow, but sure. That's best for me. Maybe it will stay off this time!!
